Job Description

Area Manager responsible for leading sales operations in the heavy equipment and engineering machinery sector. The role includes managing a sales team, developing market strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the construction and industrial sectors. The candidate will ensure sales targets are met and expand market presence within the assigned area.

Skills

  • Minimum graduate with 3–4 years of experience in equipment sales and at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role. Experience in Engineering Machinery / Heavy Equipment Machinery (Mobile Cranes, Tower Cranes, Concrete Equipment) is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of the local market. Valid local driving license required. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
