The ‘people’ icon may not appear for your referral if the job you selected does not accept referrals or if the candidate did not apply using your unique referral link. Only applications submitted through your generated link can be tracked and recognized as referrals. To avoid this issue, make sure you are applying to jobs that support referrals by using the “Referral Jobs” filter on the platform, as only these listings allow you to generate a trackable referral link.
